Email support@passpath.io. Include your app version, iOS version and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment information or private study backups unless needed for your request.

Keep your study safe

Export a JSON backup from Settings before changing phones or deleting the app. Restore from Settings or the first setup screen. After a restore, a recovery copy is available through Undo restore in Settings.

Reminders and Calendar

Both are optional. Enable them in Settings and accept the corresponding iOS permission. If access is denied, the plan and practice tools still work. Reopen PassPath regularly to refresh upcoming reminders. Calendar sync manages tracked PassPath events; exported calendar files are separate snapshots.

Unfinished study

Today offers replanning when work fits the remaining study time. If it does not fit, your current plan stays intact. Adjust available study hours or review the outstanding sessions. Save a partial focus session to keep the unfinished portion available.

Privacy and deletion

Use Settings → Delete all app data to clear local study data. Manage external calendar copies, exported files and device backups separately. Email support for questions about correspondence or identifiable feedback you sent us.

Study content

PassPath provides planning and starter concept practice, not complete tuition or official exam papers. Open your paper guide for the current syllabus and ACCA Study Hub. Report a suspected content error with its paper, question wording and your exam sitting.
